He brings experience in site surveying, stakeholder consultation, and heritage values assessments, having previously worked alongside Indigenous elders on shell midden mapping projects.

Jay's background includes extensive customer-facing roles, which underpin his excellent communication, planning, and analytical skills. With experience managing a public heritage-listed site, he understands the importance of preserving historical assets while balancing contemporary use.
