Lachlan is in his final year as an Environmental Science student majoring in Ecology and Conservation at the University of Southern Queensland. With hands-on experience in field ecology and conservation through his roles with National Parks and Wildlife Service and consulting services, Lachlan is developing strong capabilities in fauna handling, habitat assessment, acoustic monitoring, and survey methods for threatened species.

His can do attitude and practical mindset make him a valuable member of any field team. Lachlan holds numerous qualifications in WHS, machinery operation, and field safety and has contributed to turtle monitoring, glider surveys, and ecological restoration across regional NSW and Queensland.
