Melanie is an Administration Assistant at The Redleaf Group, where she provides essential support across a range of operational areas. Working closely with the Administration Manager, Helene, she assists with general administration tasks, fleet and asset management coordination, staff travel and accommodation arrangements, and Work Health, Safety & Environmental (WHS&E) responsibilities. Melanie plays a key role in ensuring day-to-day administrative processes run smoothly and efficiently, while also supporting staff across the organisation with their operational needs.
